Our Mission
EmpowerPups places purpose-selected puppies with veterans, first responders, and others living with debilitating conditions, and provide them with training that builds autonomy. connection, and purpose through healing power of the human-canine bond.

Your donation allows us to reach out and help those who need an ADA-compliant service dog. We wish we did not have to ask for financial donations, but unfortunately there are cost involved in order to do this.

The average cost of a candidate service dog training puppy starts at $2,000 and can run well over $3,500 and not every dog breed can become a candidate.
​
The cost of training starts at $85.00 per hour. Depending on the type of disability we need to train the puppy for, can require many more hours than normally training a house pet.
​
These two expenses outside of paying rents and utilities are the greatest expenses we need to cover.
